How Do I Download Faxes for Later Access?

There may be times when you need to access your faxes when you’re not online. Your faxes are always saved and securely stored in the eFax® Message Center, and you can also download a fax for printing, editing, or whenever you need an accessible copy.

Download Your Faxes for Later Access

  1. Log in to eFax MyAccount.
  2. Click View Faxes.
  3. In Message Center, check the box next to the fax you’d like to download.
  4. Save the file to a folder on your computer.

Note: If you select multiple faxes, they will all be placed into a single ZIP file for download.
