I am Not Receiving Faxes
The most common reason for not receiving faxes is listing the wrong email address for receiving faxes in your Account Preferences.
To verify the email address at which you are receiving faxes:
Be sure to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email account's address book in order to prevent messages being accidentally routed to a spam folder. It is also a good idea to add a second email address through a different email provider to receive faxes should there ever be an issue with your email provider's ability to deliver messages to you.
People Are Having Trouble Sending Faxes to Me
In most cases, a sender's inability to send a fax to your eFax® number is the result of misdialing, or if dialing outside of the UK, using the wrong international number format.
For example, if your eFax number is 44-151-555-1212:
