How to Cancel Your eFax Account

If you need to cancel your account, you can easily do so online:*

Log in to your eFax web portal.
Go to the “Account Details” section on the top navigation.
Click on the “Billing” tab – here you will find the “Cancel My Account” link.
Here you will find “Cancel My Account”, click to cancel.

*Important Note:

If you have an annual plan, multiple fax numbers, an outstanding balance or if your payment method is anything other than card, you must contact us by email [email protected] or phone 0800 0232822 to cancel and we will assist you further.
Any eFax signups purchased through iTunes must cancel through the iTunes, Click Here for cancel instructions. Should you need any further assistance, please do let us know.
