How to Cancel Your eFax Account

Here are a few things you’ll need to know before you cancel:
  • For your security, cancellation requests are handled during business hours Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm) by online chat, phone or email.
  • You will need your eFax number and will be asked some security questions to verify your account before canceling.
  • Once your account is closed, you will no longer be able to access your online account and storage will be deleted.
  • If you purchased eFax through iTunes, click here for online cancel instructions.

NOTE: Once closed, you will receive an email from eFax to confirm your account has been closed.
